MemberCard
  • Gives you access to cash at any ATM displaying the ACCULINK®, INTERAC®, and CIRRUS® logos.

  • Built in INTERAC Flash® technology allows you to make purchases quickly and securely. Contactless payment (tap) for puchases under $100. After you’ve reached $200 using tap, you will be prompted to input your PIN to reset the limit.

  • AutoPay – Never miss a payment! Sign up for AutoPay and have your minimum payment or entire balance debited monthly from your LCU account.

AutoPay Information:

Two options for AutoPay are available for members to select from:

-Minimum Payment Amount: The minimum payment amount shown on your last credit card statement will be automatically withdrawn from your LCU bank account each month and paid to your credit card.

– Full Balance: The full balance shown on your last statement will be automatically withdrawn from your LCU bank account each month and paid to your credit card.

To access the Automatic Payments self-serve option in CardWise: 

* If you have not yet enrolled in the CardWise self-serve option, you will need to do so.

A payment account must be set up for both one-time and AutoPay payments.

  1. Login to CradWise. Click here: CardWise
  2. Select Make a Payment from the main screen.
  3. Click Manage Payment Accounts. Click Add Account.
  4.  Enter LCU’s transit and institution numbers and your 12 digit LCU account number. (These numbers are available on the bottom of your cheques, or contact us for assistance)
  5. Click Add Account. The account is added and ready for use.

* Cardholders will be prompted to confirm their email address every 180 days.

Complete the following fields to set up Auto Pay:
1. Select Make a Payment from the main screen.
2. Select Autopay.
3. Choose the payment option. For Custom Amount, enter the dollar amount. Click Schedule.
4. Click OK. Autopay is now activated.

*Important! Ensure to make your current payment as your first AutoPay payment will take effect on the next statement cycle.

How to make a One-Time Payment.
One-time payments scheduled for today that are submitted before 5:00 PM EST will be processed overnight and posted as of today’s date. Payments submitted after 5:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day in the overnight process and posted as of that date. Important! No payments are processed on weekends or statutory holidays.

  1. Select Make a Payment from the main screen.
  2. Select One Time Payment.
  3. Enter a Payment Date.
  4. Choose the payment option: Minimum Due, Statement Balance, or Custom Amount. For Custom Amount, enter the dollar amount.
  5. Select the Payment Account.
  6. Click Review. Review payment details and click Pay.
  7. Confirmation of payment appears on the screen.
